Privacy policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026. Lumelle is operated by Agentiq Limited, Hong Kong ("we"). Contact: hello@agentiq.hk.
What we collect
- Your Google account name, email address and profile identifier, when you sign in with Google.
- The photos you send, the images we create from them, and your choices (style, who is in the photo).
- Your credit balance and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and never reach us.
- Simple usage events (pages and steps reached) with a random identifier, and how you arrived (for example an ad campaign tag).
Photos and results: erased after 7 days
Your photos and the images created from them are stored privately and erased automatically after 7 days. Download what you want to keep before then. Deleted files cannot be recovered.
Our AI provider
To create your image, your photo is sent to a third-party AI provider. According to the provider's terms, it may use the files it receives to improve its models. If you do not agree, please do not upload a photo. We ask for your consent before your first upload.
How we use your data
- To run the service: create your images, keep your credits, take payments, prevent abuse.
- To measure and improve the site, including whether our advertising works. We may use a Meta pixel for this, only when it is switched on.
- We do not sell your data. We do not use your photos for advertising.
Who receives it
Our hosting and database provider (Supabase), our payment processor (Stripe), a third-party AI provider, Google for sign-in, and Meta if the pixel is on. Each handles data under its own terms.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or the deletion of your account and everything linked to it. Write to hello@agentiq.hk and we will answer within 30 days. You can also sign out at any time from your account page.
Age
Lumelle is for people aged 13 or older. If you think a child has used the service, write to us and we will delete the account.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, when needed, tell you on the site.
